Had a sweet romantic escape here! The location was spot-on, surrounded by tasty seafood restaurants and just a short walk to attractions! The room was super cozy and clean, which made the vibe even better, plus, the comfy bed had us sleeping in way too late! The staff was friendly and always ready to help.

But man, we had to hike up a bunch of flights of stairs to get to our room – totally not ideal after a long day out! a big mirror would’ve been nice for the selfies before heading out. it was good, but those little things kinda put a damper on our romantic getaway!

The location was marvellous and strategic, just off famous seafood restaurants, personal care and convenient stores are easily accessible, Kota Kinabalu, and the gaya street and KK waterfront. It also was near the shopping mall. The room was spotless and new-fashioned and had private bathroom plus an electric kettle and fridges. The contemporary decor and a very comfy bed made such a VERY PLEASANT stay.

Fresh and modern, the double room comes with all the necessary facilities. 💫.

Had bright double room with the facilities provided. There were coffee/tea making equipment and refrigerators upon arrival.

The room was modern and brand-new, offered a coffee maker, a writing desk, and ironing facilities.

This is a great place to stay for a night with friendly and attentive staff providing excellent service.

We had a fantastic stay at A Residence @ Between Hilton & Cititel. The staff was extremely polite and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The location was convenient, close to the city center. The room was bright and luxurious, with a comfortable bed and thoughtful amenities like handmade soap. The facilities were top-notch, and the shower was great. The desk provided an extra chair upon request, which was a nice touch. a wonderful experience.

Fairly clean and incredibly beautiful place with outstandingly helpful and extremely helpful staff. Exceptionally nice location, at a short distance from Gaya Street. - the hotel near restaurants and pubs. - Spotless room with a particularly nice view. - Modern design, great service in the entire venue. - No charge for wake up calls and ironing too.

As youngsters, we absolutely loved our stay at A Residence. The staff was so friendly and helpful, even creating a WhatsApp group to check on us every day. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the facilities were top-notch. Plus, there were plenty of great eateries nearby. We couldn't believe we got such a superb room and hospitality for such an affordable price. We will definitely choose to stay here again when we're in Sabah.

Everything was perfect and we felt completely satisfied with our stay. No complaints whatsoever.

The air-conditioned rooms were comfortable and well-equipped with a desk, kettle, fridge, minibar, safety deposit box, flat-screen TV. It felt like a home away from home, with all the necessary amenities at hand.

Cleaning service could be improved.

I had a great stay in this hotel. The location is perfect as it is near almost everything, including the city center and KK waterfront. The hotel facilities are impressive and the cleanliness is remarkable. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating.
